Product Description
The PDP Concept Maple Shell Pack is a 7-piece drum set built in European maple, designed by DW in California. The set gives a strong attack and a warm, versatile tone with plenty of resonance.
The toms are 7x8", 8x10" and 9x12", the floor toms 12x14" and 14x16", the bass drum 18x22" and the snare 5.5x14". The toms have a 7-ply shell while the snare is built with a 10-ply shell. The toms hang in Suspension Tom Mounts. The bass drums have cast, lightweight spurs. Each drum is fitted with Remo heads to ensure they're ready to play out of the box.
The tension rods are True-Pitch with 20% more threads and sit in Dual-Turret Lugs. The drums have Graduated counter hoops. The snare wires are chrome-plated carbon steel with chrome-plated end plates, and the strainer is a DW MAG throw-off. Cymbals and stands are sold separately.
