PDP Concept Maple 7-Piece 22" - Charcoal Burst Lacquer
PDP Concept Maple Shell Pack, 7pc, 22" in Charcoal Burst Lacquer. Shell in European maple, designed by DW in California.
Product Description
The PDP Concept Maple Shell Pack is a 7-piece set in European maple, designed by DW in California.
Sizes
The set consists of toms in 7x8", 8x10" and 9x12", along with floor toms in 12x14" and 14x16". The bass drum is 18x22" and the snare drum is 5.5x14". The toms are built with 7-ply shells, while the snare drum has a 10-ply shell. The hoops are graduated.
Hardware
The toms are mounted with Suspension Tom Mounts (STMs), which reduce stress on the shell and increase sustain. The snare drum has a DW MAG throw-off and snare wires with carbon steel coils and chrome-plated end plates. The lugs are Dual-Turret type, and the bass drum is fitted with lightweight diecast spurs.
Tuning
All drums are tuned with True-Pitch tension rods, which have 20% more threads than standard tension rods for finer adjustment. Remo heads are included on the whole set.
Finish
The set comes in Charcoal Burst Lacquer, a lacquered finish over the European maple shell. Cymbals and hardware are not included and are sold separately.
