PDP Concept Maple Shell Pack is a 5pc drum set made of European maple, designed by DW in California. The maple shells give a powerful attack and a warm, versatile tone with plenty of resonance.

Sizes And Finish

The set consists of 8x10" and 9x12" toms, a 14x16" floor tom, a 5.5x14" snare drum and an 18x22" bass drum. All drums are finished in Red to Black Fade Lacquer.

Toms And Floor Tom

The toms are fitted with DW's patented Suspension Tom Mount system, which reduces tension and increases sustain.

Snare Drum And Bass Drum

The snare drum has 10 plies and a DW MAG throw-off, with fully chrome-plated carbon steel snare wires and chrome-plated end plates. The bass drum has low-mass cast claws.

Tuning And Contents

All drums are tuned with DW's True-Pitch tension rods, which have 20% more threads for better tuning control. Remo heads are included on all drums, while cymbals and hardware are sold separately. The hardware innovations give a higher level playing experience.
