Product Description
The PDP Concept Maple Shell Pack is a 5-piece drum set in European maple, designed by DW in California. The series is called PDP Concept Maple Series and comes in the finish Charcoal Burst Lacquer. The set delivers powerful attack and a warm, versatile tone with plenty of resonance.
Sizes
The set consists of 8x10" and 9x12" toms, a 14x16" floor tom, a 5.5x14" snare drum and an 18x22" bass drum.
Construction
All drums in the set have Dual-Turret lugs and True-Pitch tension rods with 20% more thread.
Hardware
The 7-ply toms have a Suspension Tom Mount system (STMs) that reduces tension and increases sustain. The claws are die-cast, low-mass claw hooks, and the hoops are Graduated Counter Hoops. The snare drum is fitted with a DW MAG throw-off.
Heads And Delivery
The set comes with Remo heads. The snare wires are fully chromed with steel carbon wires and chrome end plates. Cymbals and hardware are sold separately.
