Product Description

The PDP Concept Maple Shell Pack is a three-piece drum set built in European maple, designed by DW in California. The set gives a punchy attack, a warm and versatile tone with plenty of resonance, and offers a custom-inspired feel thanks to advanced hardware.

Sizes and Shell

The set consists of an 8x12" tom, a 14x14" floor tom and a 14x18" bass drum. The hanging tom is built with a 7-ply shell in European maple. The finish is Silver to Black Fade Lacquer.

Hardware

The tom hangs in a Suspension Tom Mount (STM) that frees the shell from the mount. The bass drum has lightweight die-cast spurs, and all drums are fitted with Dual-Turret lugs. Graduated counter hoops are fitted to complement the construction, and True-Pitch tension rods with 20% more thread are in place for tuning.

Included

Remo heads are included on all drums. Snare drum, cymbals and hardware such as stands are not included in the set.

The sizes in this set suit bebop jazz sizes. The set belongs to the PDP Concept Maple Series.
