PDP Concept Maple 10x8" - Satin Olive
Rack tom in European maple, PDP Concept Maple, 10x8", giving warm, resonant tone. STM Tom Mount for free resonance.
Product Description
A rack tom in European maple from PDP Concept Maple, 10x8". The maple shell gives a warm, full tone, and the drum hangs in an STM Tom Mount that keeps the shell free from the stand for better resonance.
PDP by DW is Drum Workshop's sister brand, founded in 2000 to offer drums in well-thought-out, pre-configured setups for both new users and professional musicians. An alternative for the drummer who wants DW quality without assembling every component themselves.
Construction
The shell is built from European maple, a tonewood that gives a warm, resonant and full tone. The tom is mounted using an STM Tom Mount, a free-floating suspension system that keeps the shell isolated from the stand for increased resonance. True Pitch tension rods give even, stable tuning, and the drum comes fitted with Remo heads.
