PDP Concept Classic 7"x10"
Mounted tom, 7x10" in European Maple from PDP's Concept Classic Series. Punchy attack, warm versatile tone.
Product Description
The PDP Concept Classic mounted tom, 7x10", combines modern build quality with vintage aesthetics. The shell and matching counter hoops are made from European Maple, delivering a punchy attack with a warm and versatile tone.
- European Maple shell and counter hoops
- DW's Suspension Tom Mount (STM) for enhanced resonance
- Modern dual-turret lugs for even distribution of shell tension
- True-Pitch tuning rods with 20% additional threads per square inch for enhanced tuning control
- Remo drum heads fitted from the factory
Construction
The 6-ply European Maple shell, paired with counter hoops in the same wood, gives a punchy attack and a warm, versatile tone. DW's advanced Suspension Tom Mount system (STM) is fitted without passing through the shell, allowing the drum to resonate freely for enhanced resonance compared to traditional mounts.
Tuning
The modern dual-turret lugs spread tension evenly around the shell, helping you achieve consistent pitch around the head. The True-Pitch tuning rods offer 20% additional threads per square inch compared to standard rods, giving finer control and feel while tuning.
