- Remo drum heads
Construction and Sound
The 7-ply European Maple shell produces a punchy attack while keeping the tone warm and versatile, making the drum suitable across a range of styles. The counter hoops share the same European Maple, giving the drum a cohesive character.
Hardware
Vintage-style claw hooks with low mass reduce tension on the shell compared to traditional hooks, while the dual-turret lugs give the drum a modern look without losing its classic feel. DW's True-Pitch tuning rods offer 20% additional threads per square inch for enhanced tuning control.
