Cocktail Pickup Cajon is a cajon in Baltic Birch, 11 3/4B x 19 3/4H x 11 3/4D. Rail for bass drum pedal and clamps for percussion rods.
Product Description
Cocktail Pickup Cajon is a cajon built in Baltic Birch with features that make it a compact drum and percussion setup. It has room for a bass drum pedal, percussion rods and cymbal arms, and gives a punchy kick sound.
Construction
The front plate is made of Baltic Birch (Betula pendula) and the resonant body of 7-ply (9 mm) Baltic Birch. The measurements are 11 3/4B x 19 3/4H x 11 3/4D. On the underside at the front there is a rail for mounting a standard bass drum pedal, and three clamps are fitted for attaching 3/8 percussion rods or cymbal arms.
Sound
The shell and front plate in Baltic Birch give a punchy kick sound. The cajon has forward-facing ports and no snare wires, which gives more bass.
Pickups
The cajon is fitted with Piezo pickups along with quarter-inch input and output jacks. A volume control is included for extra amplification when needed.
Included
Percussion rods and cymbal arms are sold separately. MEINL cajon mallets are not included and are sold separately.
