14"/16"/20" Paiste PST 5 N Universal Set Cymbal

Product Description

The Paiste PST 5 Universal Set 14"/16"/20" is a complete cymbal pack made from CuSn8 bronze (the alloy also known as "2002 bronze"), giving you a 14" hi-hat, a 16" crash and a 20" ride in one step. A reliable and affordable way to get a full cymbal setup that covers most of what you need for rehearsal or the stage.

PST 5 is made using Swiss cymbal expertise combined with German engineering, and is seen as the series where price and quality meet in a genuinely good balance. The cymbals suit all types of music regardless of genre and volume, including live use.

Sound and Feel

The sound is clear, clean, open and defined with an energetic character. The stick attack is fairly defined and the intensity lively, making the cymbals easy to play dynamically without losing clarity in the mix. Thickness is medium heavy, and volume ranges from medium low to very loud, so they work both in quieter settings and at full band volume. The ride features an integrated bell for a clear bell sound when you need to cut through.
