Remo Putty Pad

Product Description

The Remo Putty Pad is a classic practice tool stored in a small jar. Take out a piece, flatten it by hand, and you have a soft practice surface ready on the table, on your knee, or wherever you are.

What makes this putty so popular is the combination of simplicity and function. No stand and no setup are needed, just the jar in your pocket or bag.

At the same time, the material effectively dampens the sound of your strokes, making it ideal for working on technique, rebound, and rudiments without disturbing anyone around you. It works just as well in the rehearsal room as at home on the sofa or on the road.

Since the putty is shaped by hand, you can adjust the surface size and the thickness under the sticks to your liking. Once you are done, simply pack it back into the jar to keep it fresh for next time.

The Putty Pad is especially good for drummers who want to practice on impulse, waiting for the bus, at work, or late in the evening, without carrying a full practice pad. It isn't meant to replace a proper practice pad for longer, intensive sessions, but as a compact companion for quick moments it's hard to beat.
