Metal Machine MIDI
MIDI pack from Toontrack, performed by John Tempesta. Grooves and fills from Testament to The Cult, for EZdrummer/Superior Drummer.
Product Description
Metal Machine MIDI is a massive MIDI pack from Toontrack, taken from the archives of drummer John Tempesta's impressive recording career. Played with killing vigor, it gives you ready-to-use grooves and fills across several styles and tempos, ready to drop into EZdrummer or Superior Drummer.
The pack is built from the same recordings as the Metal Machine EZX and contains the same MIDI data. John Tempesta shows his range here, skillfully moving from the trashier styles of his roots (Testament, Exodus), through the more straightforward part of his catalogue (White Zombie, Helmet), to his more recent, rock-based work (The Cult). The result is a diverse and highly useful collection of grooves and fills for a wide range of musical contexts.
Each song is delivered both as full jam tracks and as isolated song parts with extra variations, covering different tempos, feels and styles, making it easy to find the right groove or fill for your own track.
The MIDI pack works with EZdrummer, EZdrummer 2, Superior Drummer 2 and Superior Drummer 3, and is optimized for a setup with 1 kick, 1 snare, 3 toms, 2 floor toms, 2 crash cymbals, 1 china and 1 ride cymbal.
