The Binaural Therapy Tuning Fork Beta from Meinl Sonic Energy is a sound healing tuning fork tuned to 150 Hz and made from nickel-plated steel. It is larger and heavier than a standard tuning fork, which means it resonates longer and needs to be activated fewer times during a treatment.
The Beta frequency range runs from 12 to 30 Hz and is the state the brain typically operates in during everyday activities that involve concentration, thinking and tension. To create the binaural effect, activate the Beta fork together with the Master Fork 128 Hz (TTF-128, sold separately) and hold one fork to each ear. The brain then perceives the difference between the two frequencies as a third, guiding frequency that helps bring you toward the desired brainwave state.
Construction
