Meinl Percussion SlapTop - Espresso Burst
Meinl SlapTop Cajon in Baltic Birch, Espresso Burst, giving both bass drum and conga tones. Snare wires at both ends.
Product Description
The Meinl SlapTop Cajon TOPCAJ1EB is a cajon with a distinctive T-shape, with the bass port facing the audience. The shell is Baltic Birch and the slap plate is mahogany with an Espresso Burst finish. Snare wires at both ends of the slap plate give the cajon both a bass drum/snare character and a congas/bongos character.
The cajon is easy to play even for newcomers to the instrument, but the double internal snare wires also let experienced conga players use bass tones and slap technique to bring out different characters across the slap plate.
