Sound and Feel
The Pure Alloy Custom series opens with cymbals in a Medium Thin weight, giving these hi-hats a wide dynamic range from light ostinatos to stronger accents. The sound is complex and full-bodied with a musical character, and the top end has a shimmering quality. Volume sits at medium to low with medium sustain, and pitch runs low to mid. Construction
The cymbals are made using computer-controlled hammering, with a Smoked-Bronze finish on top and a Brilliant finish on the bottom.
