Construction and Heads

The bongos (Hembra/Macho, 7" and 8 1/2") are built from American White Ash (Fraxinus americana L) and feature a 3mm SSR tuning rim with 8mm tension rods for stable, long-lasting tuning. The heads are True Skin Cow Heads, genuine cowhide that produces the warm, traditional bongo sound. The Free Ride Suspension System keeps the shells freely suspended, allowing them to resonate without restriction for a fuller, more alive tone.

What's Included

The set comes with a carrying bag, a tuning wrench, and Tune Up Oil for head maintenance, so you can start playing and caring for the bongos right away.
