The elements and their use

Earth (128 Hz) helps you feel centered and grounded, used when you feel scattered, nervous or unsteady. Metal (144 Hz) connects to breath and voice and can be used for chest tension, grief or blocked emotions. Wood (162 Hz) releases stuck emotions and is used against anger, frustration or emotional tension. Fire (192 Hz) calms the spirit and can help with sleep issues and anxiety. Water (216 Hz) restores deep energy and inner support, suited for when you feel tired, fearful or lacking strength. Yin (210.42 Hz) helps restore calm and focus when energy feels disconnected or emotions are strong. Yang (126.22 Hz) increases core energy and vitality, used when you feel cold, low on energy or unmotivated.

The forks are made from premium nickel-plated steel with cork grips. Each fork is stored in its own cotton pouch, and the full set comes in a tuning fork roll case (TFCB) together with an activator mallet (SB-PM-SR-S) made from sapele.
