The Meinl Marshmallow Pad is a practice pad with an extra-thick foam surface that lets you work on technique and rudiments at an ultra-low volume, while keeping a springy, natural playing feel. Ideal for quiet practice at home without disturbing anyone nearby.

Built for quiet practice
The playing surface is specially designed to cut volume drastically compared to standard rubber pads, without feeling dead under the sticks. Work through rudiments, refine technique, or run a full set without volume becoming an issue.
Flexible mounting and placement
The base is made from a solid composite and padded underneath, so the pad stays put on a table, your knee, or any other surface. If you'd rather practice in playing position, the 8 mm threaded insert lets you mount it directly on a standard cymbal stand.
The Meinl Marshmallow Pad is also available in a 12" size if you want a larger practice surface.
