Meinl Percussion Binaural Therapy Tuning Fork Set, Gamma
Tuning fork set for binaural sound therapy (Gamma) from Meinl that sparks focus and concentration. Masterfork 128 Hz and Gamma 188 Hz. Incl. holder.
Product Description
A binaural sound therapy tuning fork set from Meinl Percussion, tuned to gamma brainwaves. Activate the Masterfork and the Gamma fork together and hold one to each ear, and the brain perceives a third frequency that can guide you toward a state of heightened focus and concentration.
The tuning forks are made from premium nickel-plated steel and are larger and heavier than standard tuning forks. This lets them resonate longer and need striking less often during a session.
How the binaural effect works
Activate the Master Fork (128 Hz) and the Gamma fork (188 Hz) and hold one against each ear. The brain perceives the difference between the two frequencies as a third, binaural frequency, which can help guide you into the desired brainwave state.
About gamma waves
Gamma waves range from 30 to 100 Hz and are the fastest brainwaves. They are associated with high concentration, focus, creativity, and peak cognitive function.
Warning: use caution regarding overstimulation if you have epilepsy or a heart condition.
