Meinl Percussion Artisan Edition Minera - Brown Eucalyptus

Product Description

The Meinl Artisan Minera Line Cajon is built in Spain with extra focus on the small details that make this series one of the best of its kind. The Brown Eucalyptus finish front plate and birch laminate shell give this cajon great dynamics and clarity, especially for finger playing and ghost notes.

• Front plate in Brown Eucalyptus finish
• 9-ply birch laminate shell (Betula pendula), 12 mm
• 4 vertical snare strings for clear attack
• Ergonomically rounded corners for comfortable playing feel
• Specially designed rubber feet
• Tuning key included

Sound and Feel

The four vertical snare strings give this cajon extra clarity for finger playing, with a good balance between a clear top end and a full bass register. That makes it just as enjoyable for soft ghost notes as for hard, accented bass hits.

Construction

The shell is built from 9 layers of birch laminate (Betula pendula) at 12 mm thickness, giving the cajon stability and a resonant tone. The rounded corners make it comfortable to sit on during long playing sessions, and the specially designed rubber feet keep it steady in place.

Who It's For

A good choice if you want a cajon with extra clarity in your finger playing without losing bass fullness. Suitable for beginners as well as more experienced players who appreciate refined details.

Dimensions are approximately 48 cm in height, 30 cm in width and 30 cm in depth. The cajon fits the MDLXCJB or MCJB bags.
