The Meinl Travel Series is a 10" rope-tuned djembe with a lightweight synthetic shell and a head made from selected goat skin. It holds its tuning well even on the road, thanks to the pre-stretched HTP rope system, and the Pharaoh's Script finish gives it a distinctive look.
The shell is made from a synthetic material that is both light and durable, making the drum easy to bring along to rehearsals, gigs or travel. The selected goat skin head delivers good, clear sound with solid response on every hit.
Tuning and construction
