Polyphonic response with real dynamics

The polyphonic design means the cymbal changes character with your touch. Softer strokes produce a warm, dark and controlled crash that blends smoothly into the music, while harder hits unleash a broader, more aggressive voice with fast projection. Its low to low-mid pitch gives the cymbal a full, rich presence without sounding harsh.

Thin edge, strong bell

The thin edge ensures a quick, easy response, ideal for fast accents and flowing crash patterns. At the same time, the thicker, unlathed bell adds stability, volume and a focused bell sound that works beautifully for riding and timekeeping. Cast from B20 bronze (80 % copper, 20 % tin) and hand-hammered in Meinl’s Turkish factory, each cymbal is individually shaped and fine-tuned.
