Product Description
Meinl Artisan Edition AEED1 is a handmade doumbek in aluminium with a synthetic head and mother-of-pearl inlay. The drum has a rich, deep bottom with ringing high tones and comes with a tuning key.
A doumbek differs from a darbuka in how the head is attached and tuned, as well as through a more rounded shape. A bag is not included, but the drum fits the bags MDOB, MDOB-L and MSTDOB. Replacement heads HEAD-136, HEAD-137 and HEAD-138 are available for the drum.
