Meinl Percussion Artisan Cajon Edition Soleá Line - Ebony Burst

Product Description

The Meinl Artisan Cajon Edition Soleá Line is a handmade cajon crafted in Spain with extra attention to the small details that make this series among the finest of its kind. With an Ebony Burst finish front plate, a built-in bass reflex system and eight vertical snare strings, this cajon delivers a clear top end, powerful bass, and great dynamics for any playing style.

The shell is built from 9-ply birch laminate (Betula pendula), 12 mm thick, giving a stable and resonant foundation to play on. The cajon's "special bass reflex system" is designed to boost the low end, adding punch to bass notes without losing clarity.

Snare strings and tone

Two sets of 4 vertical strings (8 total) are hand-spun and pre-tuned for the right snare sound right out of the box. The balance of clear top end and full bass makes this cajon perform well whether you're playing ghost notes, finger technique, or accented bass tones.

Feel and details

The corners are ergonomically rounded for a comfortable playing feel during long sessions, and specially designed rubber feet keep the cajon firmly in place. A tuning key is included so you can fine-tune the snare strings to your liking.

Who It's For

A great choice if you want a cajon with a clear tonal balance, a strong bass register, and genuine craftsmanship. From rehearsal room to stage.
