Meinl Percussion Alpine Series Pickup Djembe 12" - Barnwood
Synthetic pickup djembe, 12", Barnwood finish. Built-in piezo pickup with volume control for a big, full sound live.
Product Description
The Meinl Alpine Series Pickup Djembe is a 100% synthetic djembe, 12", in a Barnwood finish, with a built-in piezo pickup and its own volume control. Ideal when you need more volume outdoors or on big stages. Plug straight into an amp or PA.
Sometimes acoustic volume just isn't enough, for example outdoors or on large stages. This djembe solves that with a built-in piezo pickup, a 1/4" input/output and its own volume control, so you can connect directly to an amplifier or PA without extra mic setup.
Construction and tuning
The shell is fully synthetic, which makes the djembe easy to tune and stable across different weather conditions. Useful in the Nordic climate. Mechanical tuning hardware makes it simple to tune and change heads. The head is synthetic, 12".
Sound
The djembe delivers a big, full sound both acoustically and through the pickup.
