Mapex P600TW

Product Description

The Mapex P600TW is a chain-driven double bass drum pedal from the Mars series, built for drummers who want to lighten their hardware load or upgrade from an entry-level pedal. The double chain gives a solid, direct feel underfoot and strong durability through demanding sets, and the pedal comes with 2-sidiga (double-sided) Falcon beaters with no weights, letting you choose your response side to suit the song.

• Double chain for a solid feel and high durability
• Newly designed, extended-length footboard for fast playing
• 2-sidiga (double-sided) Falcon beaters (no weights)
• Retractable floor spikes
• Solid setting base plate

Construction and feel

The chain drive uses a double chain instead of a single one, giving a firmer, more direct response in the pedal and holding up longer through intense playing. The newly designed footboard has an extended length, giving you more room to place your foot and work your technique.

Beaters and stability

The pedal ships with 2-sidiga (double-sided) Falcon beaters with no weights, so you can vary your response between the two sides as needed. The solid setting base plate together with retractable floor spikes keeps the pedal in place even during intense playing, without it walking across the floor.

Mars series Hardware

This pedal is part of Mapex Mars series Hardware, a lightweight yet functional hardware line suited to drummers who want to reduce the weight of their gear or upgrade their existing hardware setup. The series is available in chrome or black-plated finish.
