Ludwig Classic Oak Fab - Smoke

Product Description

The Ludwig Classic Oak Fab in Smoke is a 3-piece shell pack built on Ludwig's classic cross-over oak shell formula. The blend of oak and maple delivers a rich, focused tone with plenty of definition and volume, whether it's headed for the rehearsal room or the stage.

The Classic Oak series builds on the original Ludwig oak shell formula that has captivated professionals for over a decade. Blending oak and maple in the shell gives the kit a balanced tone with clear attack and natural sustain, while still carrying enough punch to cut through a full band mix. Classic Oak stands alongside Classic Maple as Ludwig's powerful, dynamic professional drum set, now available with more configuration options and finishes.

What's Included

• 22"x14" Bass Drum with Large Classic Lugs, Classic Claw Hooks, and Elite Spurs
• 16"x16" Floor Tom with Large Classic Lugs, Triad Brackets, and 12mm Legs
• 13"x9" Tom with Large Classic Lugs and Atlas Mount

Construction

The shells are built from oak and maple in Ludwig's own cross-over formula, giving a full yet clearly defined tone. The Large Classic Lugs keep tuning stable, and the floor tom stands firm on its 12mm legs thanks to the Triad Brackets. The tom hangs from an Atlas Mount, allowing free resonance without putting extra stress on the shell.

Who It's For

A strong choice if you want a professional drum set with a focused, powerful tone and the flexibility to build it out with your own choice of heads and cymbals. The balanced, powerful tone works well in both studio and live settings.
