Product Description
The Ludwig Atlas Scissor Lift (Long) is a cymbal stand accessory built for unlimited cymbal placement flexibility. With an Aerodyne tilter at both the boom joint and the cymbal joint, it lets you bend, twist, and move cymbals into exactly the right spot with gearless precision. That flexibility often means you can cover several cymbal positions without adding extra stands.
The Scissor Lift works as an articulated extension arm with tilting joints at both ends, reaching positions a standard boom stand struggles with. It's available in two lengths: this Long model with dual 8" arms, and a Short model with dual 5" arms.
Simpler Set-Up
Because a single Scissor Lift can replace several separate stands in a multi-cymbal set-up, it speeds up set-up and tear-down and reduces the amount of hardware you need to cart to and from gigs.
