The Ludwig Atlas Pro Double Bass Drum Pedal w/ Rock Plate delivers the ultimate balance of speed, precision, and power, built for solid, reliable play under demanding touring conditions. This unit is B-stock: the packaging has been opened and there is a minimal scratch at the hoop clamp, otherwise it is in as-new condition.

• Includes long chain and short chain options for ideal cam geometry at low or high footboard angles
• Fully adjustable footboard angle, beater angle, and spring tension
• Lightweight aluminum cam and beater clamp for reduced rotation weight and improved stroke
• Tri-Felt "red stripe" beaters made of medium-density felt for punchy attack and full sound, with a lightweight aluminum hub and stainless steel shaft
• Multi-Positioning Hoop Clamp, a non-marring clip that adjusts to the drum's diameter

Construction and Drive

Stainless-steel drive shafts are machine tooled for precise rotation and easy adjustability. The Monarch dual-chain drive cam delivers smooth, fluid action without sacrificing power. Bearing-pivotal spring adjustment supports both ends of the spring on ball bearings, decreasing resistance in each stroke for maximum speed and increased spring life.

Stability

SpurLok heel plate anchors, located directly under the heel plate, add stability and grip for solid, slip-free performance. Footboard-mounted, threaded spike spurs keep both the master and slave pedals solidly anchored to the ground. Maintenance-free bronze sleeve bearings are positioned in the heel of the footboard for durability and smooth action.

Footboard and Included Accessories

The footboard has a modern-classic design with removable toe-stops, CAD designed and optimized for a perfect balance of light weight and high strength. An Atlas drum key with a storage clip is included, mounted on the master base plate.
