Product Description
The Ludwig Atlas Classic Hi-hat Stand is a hi-hat stand with a flat-base and a range of technical features for stability and resonance. It is built to keep the cymbals steady while affecting the tone of surrounding drums and cymbals as little as possible.
Technology
The stand has an Aerodisc Bottom Cymbal Tilter for angling the bottom cymbal, as well as Acculite Sustain Feet. These create an acoustic barrier between the stand and the floor, which improves resonance from mounted cymbals, toms and snare drums.
Stability
An upper tripod lock keeps the stand stable during play. SpurLok Heel Plate Anchors and isolated clamps at the tube joints further contribute to the sturdiness of the construction.
Function
The double-braced design allows the stand to be placed overlapping with other stands. The cymbal sleeve is easily replaceable if needed.
Storage
The wire base is foldable, making the stand compact for storage and transport.
