Product Description
Replacement tuning lug in chrome from Latin Percussion, for the Highline, Aspire, Performer and CP601 bongo models. It fits part numbers LPH601, LPP601, LPA601, LPA601F, LPA602F-SNG and LPA602SNL, and comes complete with washer and nut.
The tuning lug is used to tighten or loosen the head on the bongo and is the same type originally fitted on the models above. Diameter is 9/32" (7.1 mm) and overall length 140 mm, measured without the head. The usable threaded length is 51 mm, which determines how far the lug can be turned in or out when tuning.
A worn, bent or stuck tuning lug makes it hard to tune the head evenly. A fresh original lug in chrome restores stable, even tuning, and the finish matches the other lugs on chrome-finished Highline, Aspire, Performer and CP601 bongos.
