Product Description
Bottom bongo shell from Latin Percussion, cast in aluminium with a Brushed Nickel finish and 4 holes. A sturdy replacement alternative to LP Cuban Bottoms, sized for an 8 1/2" crown diameter (8 5/8" per manufacturer information).
The shell is made from cast aluminium and accepts tuning lugs up to 5/16" (8 mm). It works as a replacement shell across several LP bongo models, including LP Generation 2, LP Galaxy (Wood & Fiberglass), LP Signature Bongos and LP Anniversary Special Editions, as well as the LP201AX-45, LP201AX-30 and LP201AX-2RRB anniversary models. The same shell type is also available in a smaller version for a 7" crown diameter (7 1/4" per manufacturer information), but this listing is for the 8 1/2" size.
