Latin Cuban Drums EZX

Percussion and Accessories

Alongside the drum kits, the library also includes a selection of mounted percussion typical of Latin music: two mambo bells, two songo bells, two left-foot cowbells, one left-foot woodblock, an additional standalone woodblock and a timbale.

Background

The library is shaped by drummer Robby Ameen, arguably one of the most influential Latin-oriented drummers of the past few decades, with instructional books and videos to his name. Together with engineer Dave Kowalski, whose career spans from the early '80s to today, they've built two kits that capture the pulse that is, in many ways, the very song itself in Latin music.
