ProMark JH4
ProMark JH4 timpani mallet, Jonathan Haas Timpani Series. Balanced tone and articulation for general use.
Product Description
The ProMark JH4 is a timpani mallet from the Jonathan Haas Timpani Series, designed as a reliable go-to mallet for orchestral timpani. The head is covered in German felt using a parachute-style covering for the highest quality of sound, and the handle is made from Japanese oak.
The Japanese oak handle adds weight without increasing the diameter, which yields enhanced projection without making the mallet feel bulkier in hand. The JH4 is a general-purpose mallet with balanced tone and articulation, making it an excellent default mallet for a wide range of playing situations.
Who It's For
A solid choice if you want a dependable, all-purpose timpani mallet with even response and clear articulation across dynamics.
