Product Description
The J.Haas JH2 is a timpani mallet from Jonathan Haas's own signature Timpani Series. It features a German felt parachute-style covering for high-quality sound, with a Japanese oak handle that adds weight without increasing the diameter.
The added weight in the oak handle gives the mallet enhanced projection, helping it cut through in larger performance settings. The head is wrapped in hard red felt, one degree harder than the white felt in the same series, making it a versatile choice for most performing situations.
