Istanbul Mehmet Radiant Crash Rock Crash Cymbal

Product Description

Crash cymbal from Istanbul Mehmet's Radiant series, available in sizes from 14" to 20". Heavier and thicker than the Traditional series, with a high-gloss polished surface that gives a bright, clear and powerful sound that cuts through the mix. Well suited for most rock and pop settings.

Istanbul Mehmet crafts cymbals in the traditional way, carrying on a heritage of Turkish cymbal makers going back to the 1800s. The Radiant series builds on that heritage while aiming at players who want a sound that cuts through a dense mix without losing character.

Sound Character

The thicker build and the high-gloss surface give the cymbal a clear, powerful and bright sound. That makes it a great choice when you need a crash that stands out among guitars, bass and drums in rock and pop.

Sizes

The cymbal is available in seven sizes: 14", 15", 16", 17", 18", 19" and 20". All sizes share the same construction and sound character, so the choice mainly comes down to how much volume and sustain you want in your setup.
