8" Istanbul Mehmet Session Series Splash Cymbal
8" splash cymbal from Istanbul Mehmet's Session Series, blending body with a distinct attack.
Product Description
The Istanbul Mehmet Session Series Splash 8" is a versatile splash cymbal that combines the full-bodied sound of the Traditional series with the distinct attack of the more modern Radiant series. The surface is polished and glossy from the bell halfway down to the edge, with a more traditional finish across the rest. A great choice if you want a splash with both character and quick response.
Sound and Construction
The Session Series was designed as a combination of the best of Traditional and the more modern Radiant series. The full-bodied sound of the Traditional cymbals blends with the distinct attack of the Radiant series, making this series unusually versatile. The surface is partly polished and partly traditionally finished, giving the cymbal its characteristic mix of warmth and clarity.
