Innovative Percussion Fundamental Series F7 - Grey

Product Description

Soft mallets from Innovative Percussion's Fundamental Series, model F7, featuring a rubber head and a black-lacquered birch shaft. An affordable mallet that gives a warm, soft sound on marimba, and works well on xylophone too when you want a softer tone.

The F7 is designed for marimba but works well on other mallet instruments depending on the sound you're after. The soft rubber head gives a warm, round tone, while the black-lacquered birch shaft provides stability and good control in the hand. The head color is grey.

Fundamental Series

The Fundamental Series covers mallets for marimba, xylophone, vibraphone, glockenspiel, and concert bass drum. A well thought-out series that combines high quality with a low price. Great for schools, smaller ensembles, or practicing mallet instruments at home.

About Innovative Percussion

Innovative Percussion was founded in the early 1990s by two percussion students who couldn't find mallets on the market that matched their vision. Production began in 1992, and the company is today one of the leading mallet manufacturers.
