The Black Dot Patch is a self-adhesive patch that reinforces your bass drum head and helps focus the tone. It measures 15 cm (5.9") in diameter and is applied directly to the head at the beater strike point.
Adding this extra layer where the beater hits protects the head from wear and gives the sound a slightly tighter, more focused character – useful if your bass drum sounds too open or the head is starting to show wear.
