Hardcase Standard Pre-Pack - Black

Product Description

The Hardcase Standard Pre-Pack (HSTANDARD) is a complete case set for a standard drum kit, with five rugged black cases that protect your drums on long tours. The kit includes cases for bass drum, two rack toms, a floor tom and a snare in one delivery, built in England to a high standard.

• 22" bass drum case (HN22B)
• 12" rack tom case (HN12T)
• 13" rack tom case (HN13T)
• 16" floor tom case (HN16FT)
• 14" snare case (HN14S)

Stackable cases

The cases stack without sliding apart. The lid has a raised plus-shaped section that fits a matching recessed shape on the bottom of the next case, locking them in place from all directions when stacked.

Which size fits your drum?

The size marked on a case is the drum size it fits, not the case's own outer dimensions. There is already room built in for lugs and hoops. If your tom has large rims-style mounts, it can be worth going one size up on cases in the 8"-13" range so the mount isn't put under strain. The same applies to depth: the figure refers to the drum, not the case.

A drum's size is always the shell's diameter and depth measured at the outer edge, excluding hoops and lugs. A shell with a 13" diameter and 10" depth gives a 13"x10" drum, regardless of how much larger it becomes once hoops, lugs and hardware are fitted.
