Hardcase Rock Fusion 3 HROCKFUS3 - Black

Product Description

Hardcase Rock Fusion 3 is a complete, ready-packed set of five hardcases protecting your entire drum kit during transport and touring. The set covers a standard rock configuration: bass drum, two rack toms, a floor tom and a snare drum. Built to withstand years of heavy touring.

• 22" bass drum case (HN22B)
• 10" rack tom case (HN10T)
• 12" rack tom case (HN12T)
• 16" floor tom case (HN16FT)
• 14" snare case (HN14S)

Choosing the right case size

The size stated on a case is not the case's own dimensions, but the drum size it fits. If you have a 12" rack tom, you buy a 12" case, since space for lugs and hoops is already accounted for. If your drums have large rims mounts, it can be wise to go one size up for sizes 8"–13" so the mount isn't put under strain. The same applies to depth: the stated measurement is the drum's, not the case's.

Drum size refers to the shell's diameter and depth, measured at the outer edge without hoops and lugs. A drum with a 13" diameter and 10" deep shell is always called a 13"x10" drum, regardless of its physical size once hardware is mounted.

Stackable

The cases are stackable thanks to a raised plus-shape on the lid and a matching recessed shape on the bottom. This locks the cases in place from all directions so they don't slide apart when stacked.

Construction

Model designation HROCKFUS3, black finish, total weight approximately 24.6 kg for the full set.
