Gretsch shell set Renown Maple Gloss Natural

Product Description

The Renown Maple is Gretsch's mid-tier shell set, built with 7-ply maple shells for players who want a warm, resonant tone with a solid low end and natural sustain. This set comes in Gloss Natural finish and ships without cymbals.

The shells feature a 30° bearing edge for an open, full sound, and are treated inside with Gretsch's own Silver Sealer coating to preserve the shell's natural resonance. The hoops are Gretsch 302 steel hoops, a classic triple-flanged design that contributes to the kit's characteristic attack.

Construction and Hardware

• The toms use a Low Profile mounting system that minimizes shell contact for improved resonance.
• The bass drum features round Gretsch tom brackets in the classic style.
• All hardware is chrome-plated.
• The kit is fitted with Remo heads.
• A single tom holder is included.
