Gibraltar Pedal Tour Class Series Single GTC6DD

Product Description

The Gibraltar GTC6DD is a bass drum pedal from the Tour Class series, built for professional demands with a G Class styled frame and an ergonomically shaped pedal board. Direct drive and a patented spring rocker arm give fast response, while the Spring Silencer keeps spring noise under control while you play.

• Ergonomically shaped pedal board
• G Class styled frame
• Patented spring rocker arm
• Spring Silencer reduces unwanted noise created by the spring when being played
• Round beater (90g) with two surfaces: felt and synthetic
• Improved clamp mechanism with wing screw, attached to the side

Construction

The pedal uses direct drive, giving a more immediate transfer of power from the footboard to the beater compared to chain drive. The patented spring rocker arm works together with the Spring Silencer to cut down on the classic spring noise, so you hear more of the drum and less of the mechanism. The pedal comes with a base plate for a stable footing on the floor or a drum rack.

Beater and grip

The round beater weighs 90g and has two surfaces, felt on one side and synthetic on the other, letting you switch tone without swapping beaters. The clamp mechanism has been improved with a wing screw attached to the side, making it easier to mount and adjust the pedal on the bass drum hoop.

Who It's For

A pedal for drummers who want a professional feel and a quiet mechanism in the practice room, rehearsal space or studio, without giving up responsiveness.
