Gauger Percussion FlexFrame Rim
FlexFrame Rim by Gauger Percussion. Mount your rack tom in a snare stand without choking its resonance.
Product Description
FlexFrame Rim by Gauger Percussion solves a classic problem: how to set up a rack tom in a snare stand without killing its tone. The FlexFrame lets the tom hang freely, just as it would in its regular mount, even when placed in a snare stand.
The solution uses small Raise-Clips attached to the tom's tension rods. The FlexFrame ring then snaps onto the clips, working like a rim around the drum in the stand. Because the tom isn't clamped against a traditional mount, it keeps its natural resonance and tone even when standing in a snare stand instead of its usual tom mount.
The FlexFrame also works on snare drums, so the accessory isn't limited to rack toms alone.
Included in Delivery
- FlexFrame ring
- Raise-Clips, attached to the tension rods
Who It's For
A great choice if you want to use a rack tom in a snare stand, for example when stage or studio space is limited, without sacrificing its tone.
