Dragonfly Percussion Big Softy 3"
Big Softy bass drum beater from Dragonfly Percussion delivers full, deep lows with almost no attack. 3" flannel discs on a threaded brass stem.
Product Description
The Big Softy is the biggest and softest bass drum beater on the planet, created by Dragonfly Percussion together with Tackle Instrument Supply. It delivers a huge, full-bodied bass response with virtually no attack, ideal for players chasing a completely new kick sound.
Like Dragonfly's other popular beaters, the Big Softy is built from tightly stacked layers of fabric on a threaded brass stem. It sports 3" discs of soft, fluffy flannel, giving it a huge bass response. Because the beater has no core, only the layers of fleece, there is almost no attack, and it has a ton of give against the head.
The result is a kick sound with maximum, full-bodied lows and virtually no contact sound, a beater that feels as luscious as it sounds.
