Toca Freestyle Mech. Tuned 12" - Black
Goatskin djembe head, 12", black. Original replacement head for Toca's mechanically tuned Freestyle djembe.
Product Description
Original replacement head for Toca's mechanically tuned Freestyle djembe, made from 12" goatskin. This untanned, low-odour head is built to replace a worn or damaged original head with matching size and tuning system.
The head is made from untanned goatskin, giving a natural tone and a noticeably milder smell than typically tanned skins. It's built for Toca's mechanical tuning system and fits Freestyle djembes that are normally shipped with a synthetic head (Freestyle 2 Rope Djembe).
Finding the right head
You can find the correct replacement head number on the sticker inside the shell. Always check size, material and tuning system before ordering to make sure you get the right head.
Size is determined by measuring the head's diameter (crown diameter/overall head diameter):
- 9": 243/267 mm
- 10": 254/284 mm
- 12": 290/317 mm
- 14": 354/384 mm
