Toca Freestyle Rope Tuned SFDJ-10WP 10" - Woodstock Purple
Rope-tuned djembe, 10", synthetic shell and goat skin head in Woodstock Purple giving stable tuning and rich bass. Alpine rope with braided cores.
Product Description
The Toca Freestyle Rope Tuned SFDJ-10WP is a rope-tuned djembe measuring 10" in diameter, with a synthetic shell and goat skin head finished in the distinctive Woodstock Purple. The rope tuning system keeps the drum stable over time while giving you full control over the tone.
The drum uses low stretch Alpine rope with braided cores, a construction that produces a rich, full bass tone, especially noticeable in this 10" size. The rim tones come through sharp and piercing, making it easy to distinguish bass, tone and slap even in a dense mix.
Tuning and durability
The rope is chosen to hold its tuning stable through hard playing and temperature changes, making the drum reliable both for practice and for taking to gigs.
Who It's For
A good choice if you want a djembe with sharp, piercing rim tones and rich bass, without having to worry about the tuning slipping during play.
