Product Description
The Freestyle Rope Tuned African Sunset is a rope-tuned djembe from Toca, built with a synthetic shell and goat skin head for a versatile tone that holds its tuning through hard playing.
Tuning is handled by a low-stretch Alpine rope with braided cores, which keeps the tuning stable even during heavy playing. The same rope system runs through Toca's Freestyle series. In the smaller 10" and 12" sizes it produces a particularly rich bass tone, while the rim tones stay sharp and piercing across all sizes.
The shell is synthetic and the head is goat skin, a classic choice for djembes that delivers both attack and warmth in the tone. A carry bag is included, so the djembe is ready to go straight out of the box.
