Dixon Heavy Double Braced

Product Description

The Dixon Heavy Double Braced is a solidly built hi-hat stand designed to stay put and hold its setting through a full set. The chain drive gives a smooth, consistent pedal feel, and the rotatable cast base lets you angle the pedal exactly the way you like it.

• Chain driven system for smooth, consistent pedal response
• Rotatable cast base. Set the pedal angle to suit your playing style
• Fine tune tension adjust for the exact pedal resistance you want
• Key bolt memory lock on the tube. Return to your exact height every time
• Double braced construction for added stability

Construction

The stand is built with double braced legs for a stable footing even under heavy pedal use. The tube comes in two sections: the lower tube measures 1 1/8" in diameter and 370 mm in length, while the upper tube is 1" in diameter and 400 mm long. The key bolt memory lock sits on the tube, letting you quickly return to your preferred height and position, set after set.

Pedal and tension

The rotatable cast base allows you to position the pedal at whichever angle feels most natural for your playing style. The tension is fine adjustable, so you can dial in exactly the amount of resistance you want, whether you play tight closed hi-hats or looser, open patterns.
