ProMark DV5R
ProMark vibraphone mallets with a mushroom-shaped rubber core for soft articulation and warm tone.
Product Description
ProMark DV5R mallets feature a mushroom-shaped rubber core, giving you the articulation needed on the vibraphone along with the tonal warmth of a rubber core. They handle everything from triple forte dynamics that cut through in the stadium to delicate pianissimo passages on stage.
The shape of the core lets the mallets respond clearly even at high dynamic levels, while still allowing a soft, sensitive touch when the music calls for it. The head is covered with a synthetic cord wrap, contributing to the soft articulation and maximum tone the DV5R is known for.
The handles are made of rattan, offering the flexibility needed for a natural rebound while remaining durable enough for demanding, repeated performance.
Who It's For
A great choice if you want vibraphone mallets with soft articulation and warm tone, and need a handle that holds up to demanding gigs without losing its feel in the hand.
